All our shawls are a combination of wool with a certain quantity of polyester mixed in, unless specified in the product description as pure wool. The product description will also specify if the shawl is handmade or machine embroidered, hand painted or woven.
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
